Salaam Club Gala 2011 Raises $20,000 for Salaam Club Foundation

The Salaam Club of New York held its annual Gala on December 3, 2011 at Giando’s on the Water in Brooklyn NY. The Salaam Club of NY raised $20,000 for the Salaam Club of New York Foundation. The Salaam Club Foundation provides scholarships to undergraduate students and also supports various causes in the community. The club honored three individuals.

Mrs. Barbara Mahfouz Giancola - Distinguished Community Service Award
Dr. Emil Baccash (past president) - Lifetime Achievement Award
